Texas- The good news is that Texas State mandated sprinkler system improvements will save water. The bad news a significant increase in cost.

I agree that in these economic times well be seeing less sprinkler systems. However I do believe that our product can help solve the problem a bit especially since it's a retrofit product that can easily go on existing systems for a small improvement cost. Especially since we recommend that the product be used in high traffic areas.
We will be contacting the State officials and irrigation specialists to see if we can fit in the mix at all.

The Governor has outlines steps to safeguard but this is still going to be a problem and one that is not going to get a lot of attention while the budget has still not been approved.

Amarillo, TX is working hard at water conservation at every level so that it can move 20 million gallons of water per day from Northeast Potter County into the city. The idea is to accept a loan for 38.8 million and in doing so part of the agreement is water conservation

What a great move and idea. We have seen these sort of programs throughout the years here in San Diego from incentive programs etc. and we know they work. It's just a matter of implementation and making it a priority this loan and its needs both for commercial and public use makes sense.
We would like the city of Amarillo to consider the No More Geysers Riser as part of the plan. We are working on several similar strategies for municipalities. We look forward to the conversation and applaud the city's efforts.
