Gloucester lands $49K grant to shore up water system - By Patrick Anderson
The city of Gloucester has grant to complete a study regarding water conservation. We are wondering after the study how will it implement some of the changes. Apparently the grant is for the study.
We think once they figure it out the Girl Scout Education method would be perfect as implemented in Gallup, NM as we wrote about on the blog.
We wonder if the No More Geysers Project can be of service to this part of the country...
